Kardashian says that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet, however, she hasn't always had this mentality. In a post on her app, Kardashian revealed that she used to eat really clean at home, and splurge when she was on vacation. After she realized this lifestyle wasn't really working for her, she adapted to indulging in moderation at all times. "That wasn't making sense for me anymore," she wrote. "I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times."
Kardashian has a very busy schedule, with work and her three kids, but she doesn't let this stop her from having an active lifestyle. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she says to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."
Kardashian has a large family, and she says that she likes to work out with them. She also says that working out with her sister, Khloe, helps motivate her. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out," she tells E! News. "Khloe and I really push each other to do that."
Kardashian wrote on her app that she is a fan of taking collagen supplements first thing in the morning. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she said. Kardashian also loves drinking apple cider vinegar in the morning, for the same reasons. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she says.
Kardashian wrote on her app that she tries to eat healthy, mainly by eating a lot of organic food. "I try to eat healthy and include as many organic whole foods as possible," she explained in a January post.
In a post on her app, Kardashian revealed that one of her favorite exercises are box jumps. "Starting in a standing position with your feet hip-length apart, lower into a squat and jump up onto the box—pushing from the heels of your feet," Kardashian said.
